Honor Roll

Students earn recognition on the honor roll by achieving exemplary grade point averages. These students' names appear on the honor roll bulletin board outside the main office, and honor-roll students are rewarded with an ice cream party at the end of each quarter. Students who have achieved honor roll status each of the first three quarters are honored at the Academic Excellence Ceremony in May. Below are the honors that Collegiate Academy students can earn:

Summa Cum Laude	4.0 or above
Magna Cum Laude	3.5–3.99
Cum Laude	3.0–3.49

Grade point averags are not rounded for determining honor roll status. A failure in any class, regardless of overall grade point average, makes a student ineligible for honor roll.
