Special Help

Students should be encouraged to take advantage of special help any time they feel they need extra assistance in a subject area. Special help is mandatory for freshmen and first semester sophomores falling below a 71% in any class. Special help takes precedence over all other activities. Failure to report to special help will result in an after school detention assigned by the requesting teacher. Special help is also strongly recommended for juniors and seniors averaging below 71% in any class.

Special Help runs from 2:50 to 3:30 on the following days:

Monday	Mathematics, Art
Tuesday	Language Arts, World Languages, Music
Wednesday	Science, Technology
Thursday	Peer Tutoring, room 202, 3:00–4:00
Friday	Wellness/Fitness, Social Studies
