Concepts of Trigonometry covered during the first semester include right triangle trigonometry, radian and degree measure, trig graphs, identities, law of sines, law of cosines and vectors. Trigonometry is required for any student wishing to take calculus. Advanced Math concepts covered in the second semester include complex numbers, statistics, combinations, permutations and conic sections. This course is intended for those students pursuing a non-mathematic field of study.
