Guidance Counseling
Important Notices:
- Juniors and Seniors interested in taking college courses spring semester: Gannon spring registration materials are available from Mrs. Nichols in room 119. All Gannon registration forms and payment must be submitted to Mrs. Nichols by December 16th.
- Seniors: Any college or scholarship application with a December 1st deadline must be submitted to Mr. Marnella or Mrs. Nichols by November 18th.
Collegiate Academy's counseling department is here to provide students with personalized, caring guidance as they move through their four years at the school. College counselor Barbara Nichols begins working with students during their junior to guide them through individual planning and to support them through the college application process.
The counselors keep parents up to date with student progress with mailed reports, parent advisory meetings, financial aid workshops, and website postings. Support from both the school and parents is the key to students' success in gaining entrance to the college(s) of their choice.
